When the dictation is completed, we begin transcribing immediately.  When others are just getting started, we are returning the completed work to your office.

First, our specialty is medical transcription.  That’s all we do and we are very good at it.

Second, we utilize a digital dictation system.  Your staff can call into our office—

·        using our toll free number

·        24 hours a day

·        7 days a week,

·        from any telephone in the nation to do dictation

·        Or if you use a digital recorder that creates DSS files, you may upload those to our server.

Second, upon receiving the voice files, we quickly transcribe them and return them to your office by secure FTP download for print out.  We will train your staff on how to download and print out the transcription

·        Speed—Dictation is done from any telephone directly into the digital dictation system in our office.  Work dictated today is returned tomorrow, instead of returned “who knows when.”

·        Cost—Our rate is 10.75 cents for a 65-keystroke line (two hour STATs are doubled).
