How Do I Dictate?

You have two choices when it comes to dictation: One is the telephone and the other is a digital recorder.
You may use most any hand-held recorder to dictate.
You may also pick up any phone, 24 hours a day, seven days a week and dictate directly into our digital system. This is simpler than uploading from a recorder, but some people just like to use a recorder to dictate. However, if you do upload from a digital recorder, you will need to download and install special software that allows you to do this.
You may also use both methods as necessity demands.
